- Handling Time: 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday)
- Transit Time: 1 days (Monday–Friday)
- Total Delivery Time: Up to 3 business days
3. Shipping Costs
- Standard Orders: Free
- Bulk Deliveries: Shipping cost agreed upon prior to order confirmation
Return Policy
1. Returns
Yes, we accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
2. Return Window
Customers have 7 days from the date of receiving the product to initiate a return.
3. Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges.
4. Product Condition
Returned items must be:
- New
- Unused
- In original condition and packaging
5. Return Method
Returns are accepted in-store only — items must be returned to our showroom or warehouse.
6. Return & Shipping Costs
There is no fixed restocking fee.
However:
- All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Any delivery or return charges (including sea freight, air freight, or courier) will be deducted from the final refund.
Example:
If a customer orders from abroad (e.g., Italy) and requests a return, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges required to return the item to our UAE showroom or warehouse.
7. Refunds
Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.
- Refund Processing Time: 5–10 business days
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method unless otherwise specified.
